The booking process is the initial step in securing our photography and videography services for your important event. It begins with reaching out to us to discuss your specific needs, preferences, and vision for the day. Once we've connected, we will provide you with detailed information about our services, available packages, and pricing options. After selecting the perfect package that suits you, we will guide you through the necessary steps to finalize your booking and secure your date. Throughout this process, we aim to make everything as smooth and enjoyable as possible, ensuring you feel confident in your decision.

Congratulations! You’ve already completed step 1! By filling out and submitting our “Contact Us” form, we've received your inquiry and if we have your date available, we now consider you a potential client. This marks the beginning of an exciting journey where we can discuss your vision and aspirations for photography or videography. Maybe we’re not the only company you’ve reached out to, but that’s ok. We’re determined to stand out as the one that not only quickly responds to your every email, but the one that offers the most value for your best day ever!
Consultation
Once connected, we will promptly arrange a complimentary consultation call. The consultation call is one of the most important steps in the booking process! We’ll “meet” over the phone or face to face via Zoom to discuss your overall vision, go over any questions, chat locations, timelines, etc. Another purpose of this call is to make sure that we’re a great fit! We’ll be spending LOTS of time together throughout the day so it’s important that we vibe on a personal AND professional level! We do not proceed with booking until we have a chance to speak with potential clients. We will hold your date for 7 days from the time of this consultation call.
Choose your COllection
During our call, we’ll take some time to chat about all of the different wedding packages that we offer and which one might be the best fit for you. I will provide you with a recommendation based on my professional opinion and experience; however, you and your partner will have the final say regarding the amount of coverage and deliverables you’re looking for and we will happily support your choice!
Quote
After our consultation we will give you both some time to discuss with each other how you feel. While you’re doing that we will be anxiously awaiting to hear from you! Should you decide that we’re the right fit for you and you wish to proceed, just reach out to let us know you are ready to move forward. I will promptly send you an official quote for your approval along with a questionnaire to prepare your contract!
Book
The last step is to pay our retainer and sign your contract. Until these two final steps are complete, your date is not secured! I require 50% of your total package cost as a retainer. The rest can be broken up in the most convenient way for you as long as the remainder is paid at least 30 days before your wedding. You will be able to pay and sign your documents online through our secure client portal. After that, I’ll send you a confirmation email voila! You’re officially now our CLIENT! 🎉

Wedding Timeline & Engagement session
Timeline- In the months between booking and your wedding day, we will send you a detailed questionnaire regarding your wedding day to get allll the info. Once this information is shared, we will get to work on your custom timeline draft. At some point a second free online consultation will be set to finalize your wedding timeline. This will help you create and visualize your wedding day, and ensure we are on the same page.
Engagement session- (if included in your selection package) We will send you information to help you select the location for and prep for your engagement session. This session is more like a romantic date, captured in beautiful photos. It is also a great opportunity for us to get to know each other, and experience a fun time together learning to pose and relax around the camera.
Ongoing Contact
I won’t be a stranger! We will be periodically in contact throughout your wedding planning process. If you have any questions or concerns at all along the way we hope to hear from you!
Wedding day
Finally, your best day ever is here!!! You will have an amazing time enjoying your wedding day, while we document your story to perfection. During the day we will make sure everything is going according to plan/timeline and help you along the way. Your job will be hanging out, smoochin’, and celebrating!
Image delivery
Your sneak peek will be delivered to your inbox & on our social media ASAP. I know how hard that wait is, so I try to share it while you’re still riding the, “We just got frickin’ married!!!” high. Sometimes we even get to share a same-day sneak! In the following weeks, we meticulously edit and perfect your photos, one by one. Once they are ready, the photos will be sent to you via a personalized online gallery & your videos will be sent in the mail on a keepsake USB drive along with your other print products included in your selected package.
